Early Discharge

I declared myself BR at the beginning of December last year. Last week, the 'half' of a property i own was bought out by a family member so the Trustee is happy now.
Does anyone know when I should expect to get discharged? I know that TightJock went BR around the same time as me (Although I did it at the Royal Courts in London)
I am anxious to get on with the rest of my life again

Wow, thats is really useful.
I guess that I am at the NFI stage and that all assets have been realised. Still some way to go, according to this chart, so I anticipate that my discharge date will be the automatic one
thanks as always xDISCHARGED 12th December 2007:T

Not necessarily.
If your case really is 'No Further Interest', then things could progress quite rapidly. You are only 6 months in and if the OR gets a move on the 'Early Discharge' process can be concluded within a couple of months. Lots of the steps in the flowchart take no time at all.
It really depends on whether your case has been marked suitable, and your OR's office is not too busy with new cases to do all the paperwork.
I would never expect ED, but if it happens it's a bonus.
Even if it doesn't, the full 12 months is still pretty much early discharge compared to the 3 years it used to be.
EDIT: You'll notice that gettingitsorted above was discharged after 6 months.

Received our IPOQ about mid to late February and returned beginning of March so it took about 3 months after the return.
