I have used https://www.remnanthouse.co.uk before and they always seem very reliable/sometimes have special offers.

Fabricuk are great - they charge for samples, but send decent size ones with good info.
Fabricland are astonishingly cheap and have the most amazing website. A lot of their fabrics are very good, but some are just cheap!0
