Mighty Deals shocking ...

We bought some so-called magnetic puzzle balls through Mighty Deals before Christmas last year but when they arrived they were not as per picture on the website. I contacted Mighty Deals who said they would get the company to contact us - we are still waiting nearly 4 months later. We have also bought 3 tablets through Mighty Deals as Christmas presents for our children - 1 has already stopped working & the other 2 are showing signs of not being as they should be. On this occasion I have tried numerous times to get through to customer services only to be on hold for 20 minutes.
