Right I know it says 2007 but I filled it in and got a message saying
"Thanks, we have received your details.
We'll send you your free sample to the address you provided as soon as we can!"
So I imagine it works and its worth filling in coz if they havent got them they will prob send something else???I'm an MSE SLACKER!!!! Slap my bum.

I wouldn't keep my hopes up too much. I received this last year and doubt they send anything to you...sorry. You are probably better off contacting the company through their website
