I buy a lot of Fat Face clothes and find them true to size.Sobriety delivers everything Alcohol promised.
Alcohol free since May 23rd 2003.0 -
Just to add to those who asked -Fat Face are incredibly well known for their sizing being off and most people size down, sometimes even twice!Their sizes are generally bigger than elsewhere
This definitely used to be the case but I think they have addressed it and adjusted their sizes as they really do seem to come up true to size, even a touch on the small size sometimes. They certainly seems smaller than next for example.0 -

I find the same. I'm size 8 in Next, size 10 or 12 in Fat Face.0 -
Never bought from Fat Face before (too expensive!) but bought my tall 9 yr old DD an age 10-11 tshirt today and it fits her perfectly. Its the same size as a Next age 10 tshirt she has, so I agree, the sizing is slightly on the small side
and thanks to op x0 -
Yey finally tracked down the Kelsey cardi in purple in Westfield Stratford tonight. They also had it in the Blueish green and cream. Fair amount of sale stock in there all across one wall. Not as big as the January sale obviously.
Thanks op! One happy but skint bunny! Had my eye on this item but refused to play the original price.
On the size debate....I find a 10 fits in dresses if you want a fitted look to show off a nice (young persons haha) figure but now I'm a bit older I'm more comfortable with a bit of `give` in a 12 and when I tried on the cardies I could have got away with probably 10 12 or 14!!
Kids clothes seem better in the next age up I.e. for 7 yo buy 8-9 yo size as others have said.
I think it's the case that some of the high fashion shops these days have made their sizes larger to make people feel better as they can get into a lower size. So I heard.Less stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!
Even if I'm on the shopping threads, it doesn't mean I'm buying! Sometimes it's good to just look and then hit the CLOSE button!0 -
