Sour cream - what can I add to it?

I have a big tub of sour cream which I bought intending to use in various cakes. Well, since I can't get most of my clothes buttoned there will be no cakes for a few weeks!


I would like to use the sour cream in my salads for the rest of the week and wondered what I could add to it. I don't have any fresh herbs and wasn't planning to venture into temptation alley (aka the supermarket).


Any ideas as to what sort of store cupboard things I could add to it to pep it up and use as a salad dressing. It may just make my shredded carrot, beetroot and radishes a bit more appealing!
