Groupon FB comp issues

Hi all,

Need some advice please. I recently entered into a facebook comp that Groupon were holding to win a £30 American apparel voucher.

I was one of 3 winners, but I still have not received my voucher within the 3 week time period that they state in their T&C's (found here: https://www.grouponads.co.uk/data/sm-giveaways/american_apparel_tcs.pdf)

I emailed Groupon my details as soon as my name was announced on the 6th of Feb and didn't hear anything back for ages. After just over 2 weeks later, I asked Groupon on FB if I should have heard anything and they said they would get back to me. Last Wednesday I got an email from American apparel apologising for the delay and asking if I would use the voucher online or in store. I emailed back straight away but again heard nothing back.

In the terms it states: 5.4. Prizes will be distributed within 3 weeks of the acceptance of the prize via email. - I know it hasn't been that much longer, but surely if companies make such a big thing about the entrants following their t&c's, then surely they are obliged to follow them themselves!

I guess I'm just annoyed that it's only a code they need to email me, nothing to physically post out so surely I should have received it by now
