RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s
("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions
(the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition
apply to ‘Belvita Breakfast Biscuits’ radio competition
("the Competition") which will run from Monday 3rd February 2014 to Sunday 2nd March 2014 (“the Duration”).
The "Radio Station" is CAPITAL FM NETWORK.

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capitalfm.com & play the movie-related game on the win section of the Belvita Hub hosted on the site.
4. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Monday 3rd February 2014 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 2nd March 2014.
5. Entrants must correctly identify at least 12 out of the 20 movies in order to submit their score & enter the prize draw.
6. Entrants must also register their details on the form supplied at the end of the game.
7. All scores submitted will be entered in to the Hall of Fame score-board.
8. From all eligible entries received, one winner will be selected at random.
9. The winner will be notified by phone.

Eligibility:
10. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
11. Multiple entries are permitted – you can enter as many times as you like.

Prize:
12. The prize is a two night weekend break for two in Paris;
Prize includes:
• Return Eurostar travel from London to Paris for two people
• Return transfers from the station to the hotel
• 2 Nights’ accommodation in a centrally located 4 star hotel
• Breakfast for two people each morning in the hotel restaurant
• Lonely Planet Guidebook to the city
• Travel insurance
• £100 spending money

Specific Prize Terms & Conditions:
• Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (both UK and France). Bookings must be made a minimum of 3 months in advance. Non UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense.
• Eurostar travel must be off peak. Travel will be from London St Pancras to Paris Gare du Nord International. Travel to the Eurostar terminal is not included.
• Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
• Hotel will be classed as a minimum of 4 Star and will be based on two people sharing a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
• Lonely Planet Guides are not always available and may be substituted for another brand.
• Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.

13. Global Radio reserves the right to substitute prize.
