    And they are reputable, that's why I chose 'em


    If you let without consent, that can cause some trouble with the lender, but I believe the bigger issue is that it would almost certainly invalidate your buildings insurance.


    I'd encourage you to be above board with your lender
    So many glitches, so little time...
