Why a SIPP?
Why not a regular personal pension?
Do you need the additional flexibility offered by the SIPP? In many cases (particularly with small pots as yours will be) the SIPP will be more expensive.0 -
TBH we plumped for a SIPP with the same provider as I use, I understand their product well, and with mine in Drawdown, I was thoroughly impressed with their service levels and comfortable dealing with them. I also got a payment for recommending my wife so that will go towards any higher fees!
I do like the extra flexibility of a SIPP as I may end up with one or two shareholdings within it, as I have with my own.
Are Personal Pensions really that much cheaper when you take all things into account?0
