Anyone shop from boohoo?

Was looking for some feedback.

Am interested in this site but there is a section in their returns policy that says they may deduct from your refund if you return goods??

I have ordered multiple things from Boohoo and not had a problem. When I have sent stuff back I think I have just lost the original posting price - but I think this is returning reason dependant.

Make sure you measure yourself against there sizing chart and you shouldn't have a problem. Overall I am always happy with them!

Please can someone tell me if you place the dispatch note inside the package when returning it to Boohoo, have attempted to contact them several times and got no response. Does the dispatch note go back inside the parcel or do I retain that and is it that which I ask the post office to stamp as proof of postage please? I am completely confused and frustrated with this situation.

I have returned an item and had no problems with getting a refund. I unfortunately didn't get the original P&P back but that wasn't much in the first place anyway!
