How to use up leftover...

...profiterole cream?
Have been making some today and have leftover cream (flavoured with orange, FWIW).
I just don't like wasting food so would like to be able to use up the rest of this tomorrow night. I have 100-150ml at a guess.
I know a lot of food/cookery questions get put here, so thought I'd try my luck...sorry if it's in the wrong place. Am also well aware that this is totally a first-world problem

Ideas appreciated

I can't speak for others, but I'd definitely just eat it. Sounds delicious!0

Make up an easy dessert using can mandarins, sponge fingers, orange juice and the profiterole cream. Suitable glass or plastic container, doesn't matter what shape.
Briefly soak sponge fingers or trifle sponges in diluting orange juice (add a dash of booze if you like such as cointreau or brandy). Place fingers in bottom of dish, add half tin mandarins drained, then some cream. Repeat with another layer and refrigerate. It's simple and absolutely scrummy.0 -
Make some more profiteroles, or some eclairs. Can one have to many of either? If you fold it in half, will an Audi A4 fit in a Citroen C5?
