Unrisen bread rolls

Oh dear, so I've just spent ages making a batch of rolls and they have pretty much failed to rise, although they do look quite like the pic in the recipe so perhaps there may be an issue there too...
They're ok but pretty dense, any ideas of what I can do with them, or is to a case of feeding time for the birds?

Could you whizz them up in a processor to make breadcrumbs or cut them in half to make bases for mini pizzas

Ohh I like that idea, thanks. That said, OH seems to be quite liking them, including a variation on the mini pizza bases

Quick update, I was making a batch of pasta / pizza sauce anyway last night.....cue a film, a few glasses of vino and these rolls were fab split, added sauce and cheese and grilled for mini pizzas when the film munchies set in. Only one left now Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
