Someone's registered a loan at my address

I think the sensible thing to do would be to phone the company the loan is with and let them know it's happening, it could even help catch a fraudster which is always good!0

That was my plan, but they don't work Saturday afternoons :-(0

I've accidentally open a letter that was sent to my address to find someone has been approved for a loan using my address, should I be worried?
They won't be able to complete the paper work, so am I right in thinking it's safe?
Yes certainly happened to us many years ago, phoned the company about this at the time, they promised to take all the information off.
Many years later when looking through a free :money: Equifax report found we were listed with this other person, although we had never had this person living at this address.
SO Please don't forget to check with Equifax OR similar :beer:There are more questions than answers :shhh: :silenced:WARNING ! May go silent for unfriendly repliesPlease excuse me Spell it MOST times:A UK Resident :A0
