release from trustee letter an IPA

Ive just received the standard letter which states the OR is applying to department of skills for release as a trustee, which i gather is a formality and the OR work is almost done.

this is about 8.5 months into the bankruptcy

what i would like to know is i have no IPA at the moment, if i find work now, can the OR still apply for an IPA or not as i cant find the answer in the forums.

i think i can guess the answer but would like to be sure

many thanks

You can get an IPA anytime up to your discharge at 12 months.
