Hi, have not posted for a while, to be honest I have been enjoying my new found freedom. I went BR end of last year & it was 1,000% easier than I imagined, so my advice, cos' I think I can now give some, is do EVERYTHING your OR asks of you, STRAIGHT AWAY, my OR has been great. IPA starts in May & I think it is very reasonable. However I have a question for the more experienced among us, how often does the OR revue your IPA?
Thanks to all who walked me through the 'ordeal' which it wasn't.

The OR may not ask to review your IPA at all or he may ask once a year or he may ask before the end of the IPA, any time he wants basically.
But you have a binding legal obligation to let them know when aver you have a change in circumstances. They will then adjust the IPA up, down or suspend it if circumstances dictate. The suspended months count towards the 36 months.
The taxmen will also let the OR know what you have earned as well so they will soon learn if you haven't been honest with them.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
Thanks, Tigerfeet not really bothered what they do, been completely upfront with the OR & will continue to do so, after all, the amount I was paying to my creditors pales in to insignificance in comparison.
Onward & upward. Cheers.:)0 -
