what do you mean by insolvent?

do you mean unable to pay it's bills? or something else?

I have already explained what I mean, assets becoming worth less than liabilities. While as an individual, one can continue ones balancing act as long as you can service debt, you are not is a position to clear your debts by selling everything you own.

This is a difficult and dangerous situation. I am sure you are correct that there are many people who are technically insolvent yet it is not obvious to outsiders or even themselves.
