Mortgage recommendation?

Thinking of plan B - could anyone recommend a mortgage provider that would consider self employed 1 years accounts (submitted) with end of 2nd year almost done (end of March)?
Because we're renting and have to give notice soon we can't wait 4-6 weeks until year 2 has been filed.
We have a 40% deposit and a good report from our accountant for year 2 in the business

Speak to a broker. There are lenders who will consider 1 years accounts and the deposit is in your favourI am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. They've suggested the Halifax which I've got an application in with but I'm looking for a back up in case it doesn't come off.
Are you aware of anyone else who'd look favourably on us?0 -
I am sure your broker will have a plan b, c, d and e.
