Saturday, March 15:Winning entrants will receive a pair of tickets for a parent/guardian and child to Wales v Scotland, an overnight stay in Cardiff and a Dove Men+Care goodie bag.

Sunday, March 16: A lucky group of 10 children between 8 and 12 years old will enjoy skills sessions, tag games, a behind-the-scenes tour at the home of Welsh Rugby and a Q&A with two rugby legends.

. 7. The winners will be contacted by 2pm on Monday, March 10, 2014. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner by this deadline or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.

9. 10 winning entrants will each win a rugby skills training session for their child at the Millennium Stadium, Cardiff on Sunday, March 16, 2014. Children must be between 8 and 12 years of age. The prize includes a behind the scenes tour of the stadium; a game of tag rugby; lunch after the training session; two tickets to the Wales v Scotland match on Saturday, March 15, 2014; and overnight accommodation in a central Cardiff hotel based on two people sharing a twin or double room on a bed and breakfast basis.
10. The prize does not include travel to or from the event; food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned.
