Those annoying ticky boxes on mag comps....

    Can't enter the pick me up comps off the main board either as the casafina box is on that too, even if I click on sign up it still says I need to tick the boxes :mad:

    I used the contact form on a couple of the magazines last night, detailing the problem.

    Received a reply from IPC Support early this morning, apologising and saying technical team had been advised.

    So they can't say they don't know about it...

    I didn't do the mags yesterday - did them today, only one Casafina and it went through normally after I ticked No, so possibly they did fix it?

    Thanks - I did the mags between 7 and 7.30 am and they wouldn't go through without a yes then so hopefully they are sorted now. Thanks for letting us know :A

    I didn't get any casefina this afternoon when I went through the daily mags, so hopefully it is now fixed.

    Always a good idea to clear your cookies and cache before trying again- think that may be why I was able to enter them last night when I tried again and got all videos.

    I just got Casafina and ticked 'no' and it went through ok :j:j:j

    Fank goodness, I think they're fixed it.
