Creditor Addresses

I'm trying to fill out my LILA application for BR in scotland. It asks for a list of creditor addresses. Is the registered office of my creditors (and bank current accounts) OK? A lot of my creditors have no written address on their contact us webpages and I don't receive paper statements. Although I have received some correspondence recently, not all of it has return addresses.
Can anyone help me out with this?
