hi i am needing advice i will try to keep this as simple as poss,my wife left me last may leaving me with my 4 children,3 still at school,i always thought she would be back but no . i have paid the mortgage since and recieved no financial help from her for the kids .i dont know can i remove her from the mortgage and how much she can ask for .
outstanding mortgage 17,000
secured loan 20,000
house value approx 90,000
it wasonly after the completion of the secured loan she left it was paid in her account she says it was used to pay her debts off,would this come off her share, i just want to move on and be free now to bring up my familmany thanks

thanks for your reply , if i send her a solicitors letter can she push for the sale of our home;im worried as this happend to a freind but no children in his case0

Yes as advised you need a solicitor who will deal with the divorce aspect which will include a property settlement.
Your ex partners property claim comes last to the needs of your children and a roof over their head.0
