Asda 25% Off Garden And Outdoor Living.

Hello,
I went to my local Asda (Great Bridge) and outside of the store there was a giant banner stating 25% off of gardenand outdoor living. Also, around the store there was different promotional posters of this deal. However, only some of the stock was shown reduced.
We have been keeping an eye on a pop-up gazebo in Asda for a while so tried to buy it at the reduced rate. The SA said Sorry it's not included in the sale. I then asked at the Customer Service where they said Yes it should be included in the deal and the reduction would come off when it was put through. Guess what - it didn't. The Customer Service person then changed her mind and said Sorry it's not in the deal!
Anyway, I had a look again at the promotional details and at the very bottom of the poster it excluded some items (BBQ'S, fertiliser and a few other things) BUT no gazebo's were excluded.
Showed them again and they then put it through with the reductions.
SO :-
1. Read the small print first
2. Get your garden stuff with the 25% reduction.
3. You may need to fight for it because the reduction isn't coming off automatically!
