hours I work been cut

My contract says 30hrs a week but my hours have been cut down to 15-20hrs a week for the last few months
In the small print it says hours my be reduced if the business isnt busy but in the last week they have employed 2 new workers (with 30 hrs a week each) so they cant say they never had the hours
Where do I stand?
