Pork chops in north west. Wish it was the chicken.

Lidl was very, very busy this morning and the chickens were going fast!!
The guy couldn't fill the fridges as people were stopping him in the middle of the aisles when on the way to filling up and taking 6 each. lol
Only the one for myself as I have too much meat in the freezers to get rid of!!
I heard one member of staff telling another that they were almost out of chickens and that was at only 8.25am!!

We got pork chops and they are smashing value. The potatoes are good and we got 2 big bags of the meaty crisps.:)

Pork chops here too.

Not a fan as the price of the meat/kg isn't that good really.

Got the crisps and salami instead.

Chicken would have been great here in the NW.

Ditto here. Freezer full up with the mince last week. The chops looked a bit fatty .


New to my store....Almonds loose...90p per 100g. and usual peanuts and pistachios.

Ours was the same Lynsey, I got 4 of the chickens but couples were buying 12 between them :eek: They must have some sized freezer :rotfl:
I also got 3 of the potatoes and most of them are huge and can be used as jacket spuds :T

i got 2 chickens, there were loads left in my store at 8.30 this morning. I might pop back down later for some potatoes as I couldnt carry them this morning but could go there in the car later
