If you dont agree with the IPA the OR comes up with what can you do?

Disagree, not sign the IPA, and negotiate with the OR over those points you disagree upon?No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0

I succesfully contested mine with the help of debt Doctor (to whom I am eternally grateful) I still have one we agreed on a mutual amount though. the first port of call was asking them how they got to the figure they had, they sent me a spreadsheet with all the figures on that they had tweeked and in all respect to the OR he even put my clothing allowance up!
They are not out to screw you over or to make sure you live in poverty but you also have to be level headed and be willing to see their point of view too.

Just write to the OR with your reasoned argument of why you can't afford it.
I think they always try to get as much as they can initially. I did this and mine was reduced by over £200 per month.
Tell them what you can afford and why, and include receipts to confirm your expenditure.0
