    HI

I am after eyeshadows, mascara, blusher anything really.! I like the new shimmer eye shadow pots that are around at the moment, the ones with the little brush in them but they are about 6.50 each! And i need a good waterproof clump free mascara, any help would be gratefully received.

    Hi Bon

I understand what your saying but I am on a really tight budget and I just can not justify spending 6/7/8 pounds on 1 make up item at the moment.
But I have a really posh wedding to go to soon and I have not dressed up or made an effort in ages what with work/kids commitments etc I just wanna be able to look nice if you know what I mean!!!!!

A few personal favourites (there's a cosmetics thread somewhere):

    http://www.magicmakeup.co.uk/http://www.magicmakeup.co.uk/http://www.magicmakeup.co.uk/

    http://www.saveonmakeup.co.uk/

    http://www.directcosmetics.com/

    http://www.buycosmetics.com/

They sell a great mixture of brands, and you can strike really lucky.

    Edited to add:

Sorry about the link to magicmakeup - I don't seem able to delete all the extra bits - it's just magicmakeup.co.uk

And I've had some amazing bargains from Ebay.

And there's a cosmetics section here:

The Ultima lip glosses (£2.50) are fab.

    Have fun!

Is there a reason you want to buy on the internet as you will normally have to pay postage? If not I was in Superdrug today and they had a stand (cant remember what the make up was called) with lots of items on at £1.99 each or 3 items for £5. I was looking at nail polishes and plumping lipglosses which looked nice but they had lots of other stuff. Online wet n wild look very nice with lipglosses starting at £1.99, dont know how much postage is though. Go to www.wnwbeauty.co.uk.

There are some nice sparkly eye colours here. You can buy sample sizes, they come in a little plastic bag, but ideal if you can only afford pennies.
Their foundations and blushers are reputed to be very good. I have ordered a few samples myself but they won't be here for a few days.
