Tesco; re clubcard points when completing you views on line

When you shop at Tesco you are given a receipt, at the bottom it invites you to complete a survey of your shopping experience on line, and for your trouble they state they will credit your clubcard acccount with 25 points .You have to give the receipt number and your cluib card number to verify the transaction We have done this twice in the last couple of months but have not been credited with the points. Has anybody else had the same issue. If you bother to complete the survey then you surely you should automatically be credited weith 25 clubcard points. It also indicates you can complete the survey and receive the club card points everytime you shop privided you give the receipt number each time.

I have two tesco receipts, one from yesterday and one from today. Both say "Visit the site and tell us about your shopping trip". But neither mention getting any points for it.

Just looked at the web site and it doesn't mention getting points either!

Our receipt showed 25 club card points if you complete the survey. we are still waiting for our points to credits. You only need to go into tescoview website, and follow the instructions to complete your survey and hopefully receive the 25 club card points.

Thats odd, my receipts say to go to tescocomments, a completely different web site.

I have just looked at tescoviews, and it does say get 25 points.

Will give it a try.
