Its definitely not this. As this was one of the first things I checked.

I haven't been able to print any Safe coupons for over a month now. This error message is really pi**ing me off now. :mad:

Coupons.com UK have been useless and don't have a clue as to what the problem is.

Out of interest I tried printing a US safecoupon, and it printed just fine.

Someone mentioned this may be linked to problems with Java. What I do vaguely remember is updating Java (after an on screen prompt) at around the same time this error message first appeared.

Does anyone have any idea how to overcome this?

I had to totally uninstall Java the other week then I did a complete reinstall, since then I have been ok, before that I kept getting a message telling my Java had an update but when I tried to update if failed each time

I put 'Java" into the search box for programmes and found I have an entire Java control panel - never realised it was so complicated
