Then I wait for ages and nothing happens. Have requested a posted coupon but would love to know why it will not print. Does anyone have any ideas please?

Can i suggest you try Chrome on a PC? There are also old posts giving advice on this problem as it can clash with other programmes and they may need to be uninstalled first.

Sorry, can't help but how did you request a posted coupon please? I couldn't find the option for that with this one!

There are 2 different types of smoothies and the coupon is actually for the dearer one which does cost £2.35 - you were lucky to have it taken against the cheaper one - the coupon didn't work in W'rose as I had picked up the cheaper one without realising there were 2 kinds. Worked fine on the correct product.

Actually, Essex Girl is correct; super smoothies are £1.75 in Asda.
