The most appropriate prize ever!

I just had a surprise delivery of four vegan cookbooks. I think they are a prize from Vegetarian Living magazine which I enter from my own subscription to the magazine, but thank you to nursey anyway for posting these competitions. This is so very appropriate, as we are all vegetarian, but DH has just been advised to cut dairy from his diet due to health issues, and I have been struggling to find much that is very exciting in my own cookbooks. I had already bought a couple of new cookbooks, but they weren't vegan specific so this is brilliant. DH will be as delighted as I am.

Edited to add that I had entered this before he was advised to cut out dairy!
