help please, brain has turned to jelly!

good afternoon everyone :hello:
now normally i am pretty good at this meal planning lark but this week i just cant seem to get my head around it! the problem is i think, that i get my organic veg box on a friday evening but the only time i have to do the rest of my shopping is on a wedensday. ideally i would like to receive my box then shop the day after so i can plan my meals around the veggies

so here is what i have in the fridge to eat for the next week,: i also have a very well packed store cupboard (and other foodin the freezer)

small cauli
big bag of cooking spinach
brocolli
lettuce
3 toms
bag of new pots
loads of big pots
onions
bag of bacon offcuts
whole chicken
12 eggs
1 small mozzerella
mature chedder

i will prob do a roast dinner with the chicken (there will be leftovers though)
but otherwise its just not happening for me this week. i am able to spend on a few extras but want to keep it to a minimum. htere are 2 adults and 2 toddlers but we dont eat big meals everynight (OH at work and kids sometimes at childminders)

i am sure you will all have fantastic ideas :T
