Wall Mounted Bedroom Lighting

Hello.
I am looking for a wall-mounted light to have over my bed for reading etc.
It has to be wired (ie, not hooked up to the mains, but running to a plug).
I cannot find any on or offline - all the ones I find require me to remove the plaster, wire it up to the mains, and then re-plaster over the top. Far too much in the way of cost and time.
I know they can be bought - I used to have one - but I just cannot find anything now.
Looking to pay £20 or less.
Any thoughts?

Hi,
How about the TYFT range from Ikea.
They come in assorted colours/patterns and although the price is £6.99 if you sign up for the Ikea Family Card they will only cost you £3.99.
I bought two yesterday.
You can even use your own picture in them to suit your decor.
Here's the link http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/60072046.
There might be something else on there if you aren't too fussy on them.

Yes, I few people have mentioned Ikea, and although they do have quite a few, they all seem to have SES or ES fitting (Small/Edison Screw), or are Halogen.
I was hoping for something that takes a standard BC fitting so I can use standard energy saving bulbs, but if I see the right one I might go for it regardless.0 -
I'm not sure if they have any BC fittings lamps but quite a few of them are capable of taking an energy saving light bulb i.e http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/40088982.
Good luck in your search. The Female of the Species is More Deadlier than the Male.0 -
I have seen one, but unfortunately it is not for online ordering, and there is no Ikea store nearby (or at least, not close enough to warranty driving 50 miles to buy a £5 light!).
