My hudl broke down before I'd even used it on the first day (it wouldn't turn on after being left for a full charge overnight)
Fair play to Mr Ts tech staff who swapped it for a shiny new one without any arguments :T
Glad to hear they have good after sales care too :)

I was surprised when hudl careline chap said a new one would be with me tomorrow and to keep box and accessories just hand over hudl to DPD driver when he delivers new hudl. :T:T:T

    thanks Arthien
yes that was the form, it was just that i did it this morning and still havent had the automated reply email it said i would get but i did get a thank for commenting pop up so ill assume they got it. it took a while to find the form as loads of their pages seemed broken. i had tried ringing but got through to the wrong dept who put me through to customer service but the recorded message said they were closed even although id rang during the times the message stated they were open.
she was quite young and it was early in the day so i cant excuse her on grounds of it being the end of a long shift or shes been doing the job too long. i just dont think rudeness could be justified. ill let you know if i get a reply from them.

thanks for that as well mhoc, i dont have a facebook account, if i dont hear back from them re the message i left ill pobs ask my DD to fb them for me.

tweets i did try ringing this morning before i did the contact us form but it said the lines were closed, i rang at about 10.45 and it clearly said on the message lines were open from i think it was 9am after the message it just went dead with no option to leave a message

MY Fb account is mainly for comps and draws and there are loads of my short lived MOCs that appear on it so its worth signing up just for these. But social media is a brilliant way of contacting stores and manufactures if you have queries or problems esp if you also include photos of the problem item - you get a very quite response.
I also send compliments and praise as well so my FB page does not look like its all comps and complaints :)

Pops head round door to see if I will be more welcome here:eek:

    Afternoon all
Not caught up in any way as been trying to find out an answer to a query.
Put a post on Benefits and tax credits forum but wondering why I bothered. It is a question I am unable to answer by surfing the net and I expect it is a quite rare occurrence.

Anyhow will have a read back here and see if a trip to mr A might cheer me up. Have an order to collect from next aswell.

I had very good news today that just left me slightly mystified. Also got my council tax bill so set up dd for that.

Chocolate would finish my day off beautifully.
