Spoke to a lovely man on the hudl helpline and he told me how to reset it and outcome it wont work at all now :eek:

Outcome a new hudl will be with me tomorrow that is if the DPD driver can deliver when I am in because I have to give him broken hudl back.

Is it worth raising your profile in store, and making them aware of the glitch (even if it is over) ?? May be a better course of action to just use the APG next time you go in.....perhaps
