There was one thing I could not partake in though, they eat prawns with the shells on :eek:

I didn't go a bundle on the fried jelly fish - I was moaning that my squid was very chewy and nearly threw up when I was informed it was jelly fish !

So you have never had deep-fried chicken feet? That was a speciality where I was. They arrived at the table looking just like chicken feet (which is what they were, after all), stood on the plate, like someone had got a load of chickens and just cut them off at the ankle (do chickens have ankles?) and battered and deep fried them.
And turtle:eek: scoop out all the turtle meat, mix it up with veg and salad, and stuff it back into the shell, like a hard-shell taco.
    Not for me, being veggie:)
But seriously-ish, though, the food was amazing; particularly the street food - super-fresh, and proper cheap:D

Not half bad! Had a totally brilliant duvet day. All tucked in watching a bit of Laurel and Hardy :)
