It is another marketing ruse as T have had a 4 pint for £1 for years (cream fields or some such unknown brand!).

And if you'd been getting the 4 pint milk at £1.39 you'd have had 39p added to a PP unless you'd lost that by 'saving' by buying T's special offers.:( In 'rare' cases where a 'normal' shopper's comparable shopping turned out to have already been cheaper in A, adding a 4 pint milk at £1.39 would have ended up with the 39p onto the PP instead, so same thing.

    Or they'd have bought 3 at £3.00 anyway - i.e. £1 each.

Creamfields 4 pint has been £1, and it's effectively an own-brand but some people see the standard T version as somehow 'better' and are prepared to pay more for it:wall:. M is a ruse too IMO - their 'cheapest' milk, as I mentioned, is the 2L Meadow Park at 84p. 2L is a bit less than 4 pints:rotfl:. A used to have 2L Arla at 87p - so hardly much different to M's new price. Anyway, 4 pint milk Avs T or Avs S (obviously the 'correct' versions not the Cravendales) is cheaper by volume than 84p for M's 2L.

A have been 'strangely silent' IMO about T's new price - guess A don't want to reduce to 90p for every shopper to pay instore. It's same price now, and A should be 10% cheaper right? Best approach for A is to say nothing (I don't even know whether our ridiculously generally non-investigative media (copy and paste press releases) have even contacted A to seek a comment), for A thus not draw any attention to this point and hope most people don't notice it. (Should have little problem on that last matter:rotfl:.)

Apologies as I am going to catch up... so I may not make much sense commenting on things that seem really old! :o

I am going to try to remember to note glitches as I tend to forget!!!

Then to the shops to refill the cupboards for my hungry men, or give how much there is to read I may still be sat here tonight.... sounds ideal as the fire is on, the dog is on my feet x

Good morning, what do these sets look like please? Sound like they could make excellent school fair prizes. I managed the bic pencils but have no idea what these sets look like. Help much appreciated.

Morning all. The sun is shining!!!:T

I have a confession, I've not read up about the burgers and I know its an old glitch. can someone take pity on me and run me through it.
Is it T finest, fresh ones. Is it packs of 2 that are 2 for £7. And is it M they compare against and at what price?
Sorry to drag up old news, but I could do with these.

    Thanks for any help.xx
