This happened to me a few months back, I had an email from Adsa threatening allsorts and the police came and knocked on my door :eek:

I was told I can go back to gp and ask to get a back to work certificate. (Not by my boss)
Dilemma is, should I stay off with the guilt, or get signed back on and just go in and do what I can.
