Strange question time. How many people with chest freezers actually have the requisite 15cm or so behind them?

    Morning all.
Good luck to anyone waiting for school admissions.
We had 2 children struggling to sleep last night who wanted to stay up till midnight to hear their fate. Both seem to be happy with their offer places although one got their second choice (we knew the first choice was an extreme long shot :) )

    Good morning all

Do you have a Harvey’s outlet like I said last night I saved£3500 in the outlet the price of my suite is £4500 today

You get the same guarantee and after care kit my suite was brand new and still in the packaging

it had not even been assembled it was straight from the factory this was twelve months ago we had a slight problem with the stitching on one of the arms

I was happy to have it repaired as it was out of sight and very small they replaced the whole thing for a new one :)

The customer service I received was excellent :)

Did have a look, don't think we got outlet any where near us, unfortunately.

This says it's 120 days from the date of purchase, if purchased online http://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/problem/how-do-i-use-chargeback

I'm not certain, but I don't think there is any similar cover if purchased on a debit card, unless someone else could correct me on this?

I think I ordered them last October ish so over the 120 days-you don't expect Arena's to not post them :( but thank you

If you have not received the goods or services you paid for you are entitled to a refund as you did not receive the tickets you should be refunded in full

    Take a look here http://www.oft.gov.uk/shared_oft/consumer_leaflets/general/oft334.pdf

I will have a look at this-thank you, although there will/should be some onus on me to chase I imagine-sometimes I am so stupid :(
I would contact them explaining that you have not recieved the tickets so were unable to attend!

Got to be worth a try
I have sent them an email along them lines-they should be able to see the tickets were not used so it's not as though I'm trying to pull a fast one! I'm annoyed at them for not sending and annoyed at me for not remembering and chasing them last week!

    Infuriating
