I'm sure I'm the only one using price vouchers in my store too - we are in a minority believe or it not and the ones getting anything at good value whilst everyone else pays over the odds on almost everything(:rotfl: - I can well have a laugh at that!:rotfl::rotfl:):T:T:T

As for those 'saved' coupons - I don't usually like them!:rotfl: To me they mean I've done something wrong - and I've therefore never ever had such a coupon! It more likely means you've done it right though - split your shop correctly, even if the first shop (which gave the worthless piece of paper "saved":( coupon) could technically probably have been got cheaper elsewhere (using APG vs T probably) but then you'd have had to have made a journey to A as well and if that wasn't already what you needed to do, would have paid more fuel and thus paid more there. It made sense to shop for both shops at T (as well as saving time, if that has a value too).
You are absolutely right -Toscas is a couple of miles from our home, whereas Sada and Sainsbobs are another 4-5 miles further away (not next to each other though) and both necessitate a drive through a busy city in heavy traffic to get to them. My nearest Morries is even further away.

Out of interest (oh no:D:rotfl:...) what exact items did you buy on the first shop? (Pedanticness required!:()

(I say 'oh no' as it's a probably academic, 'for what it's worth' curiosity now, apropos of nought - and just exists for me to break it down, split it up, put it onto each shop and comparison accurately and say where each item should go:rotfl::rotfl: . Well done:T and TIA!)
Which comparison sites do you use?
I'd be very interested to see how you construct your spreadsheets if that's possible.

Many thanks for your explanations and advice. I'm a hopeless typist when it comes to copying stuff so I've taken photos of my receipts which you can find here:

Are these any use to you?
If you have any suggestions for further money saving I'd be very grateful.

I forgot to say earlier, as I had both biscuit glitches running on the same receipt it compared to T as expected. However, the 3 for £2 (chocolate pink panther trigger) would have had the following results vM on the APG:

    Fox's Golden Crunch Creams (168g) 59p
    Fox's Party Rings (125g) 57p
    Fox's Ginger Crunch Creams (168g) 57p

So Choc PP trigger plus Golden would give £1.09-59p =50p+5p= APG of 55p each/2 for £1.10.

So may be some good matches to replace T if you want these and not the Medley (though not showing on MSM for M so may be left over from an offer that has now ended and will disappear off the APG shortly - Savvy?).

I know the Burton's Jammie Dodgers (2 packs) together with Choc Pink Panther compare the 2 Dodgers vs 57p for M (same as for T). Possibly the Jam and Custard version of Dodgers too (not in the same shop of course - in other words I mean maximum of 2 packs of dodgers and the one pack of the wafers, can't get 4 dodgers packs per shop as would pick up 3 for £2).

Jam and Custard version same price for M as for T. Perhaps someone outside N.Ireland who may have compared vs T on the Jam and Custard dodgers can 'flip over' the comp. and tell us the result vs M? Or otherwise womble info.?

Sorry - it's Jam 'n' Custard, not Jam and Custard:rotfl::rotfl:.

The only other possible I had vs M on the 3 for £2 was Fox's Sports (200g) - maybe M at 54p but this needs checking instore in M as I have no information (M may be back up to full price:eek:). Wouldn't be as good as dodgers, even if it worked, due to individual price too low in A.

Yep, that's all I had. The Jammie Dodgers work vs M (or vs T).

[Edit: I thought the (Regular) Fox's Party Rings were comparing favourably vs M, even though they are showing £1.19 on msm:eek:. So...maybe those, one jammie dodgers pack and one choc panthers on a comp vs M as 2 items towards the minimum 8 (not N.Ireland). I think M lower pricing will work through till Monday morning, as they update only twice a week.]
