Is is grandma Marta's birthday Dark velv?:)

    Is it your birthday?

    It's my name day:o, TM:)
It's celebrated on the Balkans, people are wearing 'Martenitsi' .
    Quick from wikipedia:
Martenitsa (Bulgarian: мартеница, pronounced [ˈmartɛnit͡sa], Macedonian: мартинка, Greek: μάρτης, Romanian: mărțișor) is a small piece of adornment, made of white and red yarn and worn from March 1 until around the end of March (or the first time an individual sees a stork, swallow, or budding tree). The name of the holiday is Baba Marta. "Baba" (баба) is the Bulgarian word for "grandmother" and Mart (март) is the Bulgarian word for the month of March. Baba Marta[1] is a Bulgarian tradition related to welcoming the upcoming spring. The month of March, according to Bulgarian folklore, marks the beginning of springtime. Therefore, the first day of March is a traditional holiday associated with sending off winter and welcoming spring.

You take the martenitsa off, when you see a stork or House Martin.
Also you can choose a day between 1st and 15th of March and if the day is sunny, you year will be good. I have chosen 3rd of March:cool:

I would like to say thank you to person who told us about the dog sticks. I was in Asda Thursday evening getting the washing conditioner glitch that DeeDee mentioned when i saw 2 boxes of the sticks. Took one to CS to get price checked and when she said 25p i went and got 30 packs. I did leave about 10 packs as felt guilty.

I was doing 2 shops -one for me and one for my niece so i had 24 bottles of comfort, 6 radox and 30 dog sticks in my trolley as well as my standard fillers. I got some strange looks but after 2 years of following this thread i just go for it now and hope i don't see people i know. I would die as i couldn't tell them about my glitching.

I became a single mum just over 2 years ago and this glitching has allowed me to live knowing i can pay my bills and have some money left over. I work full time now so its not easy finding time but the rewards are worth it and the buzz is good also.

thank you to all who share their finds. I really appreciate it although the chocolate glitches have not helped with my weight. Thinks i have put on a stone over last year.:)
