Good Morning on this frosty but sunny morning :D. Dawn and her partner have booked a 4d scan to see her baby girl at 12 so that's exciting. She had one for Riley too :D

Up to now I think I ve decided just to buy a tv recorder and not bother with Sky or BT, don't have time to watch tv much anyway lol. Anyone have one who can suggest a good one I don't think I ve actually sat and watched a programme without multitasking at the same time lol.

    Morning mad squad,

    Some help required please,

mrs99p wants to try books on her archos 80, she's only ever used it to browse the net and YouTube so can someone give me a "dummy's guide" please.

I've been thinking about getting one of these fancy coffee machines some of you have, I noticed mrT have a dolce gusto one at half price, I think it was about £50, any advice would be much appreciated thanks.

To get her started, you could just download the kindle app from the play store and then add some free or paid for books directly from Amazon. That would only take about 5 mins, all done directly on the tablet.

In the longer term, you might want to install a programme called Calibre to your pc/laptop, this will convert most book formats so gives you more flexibility as to what you can read and how much you pay ;) . There are also other apps which will open books in formats that the kindle app won't, I use one called something like Alkido. You would need to connect the tablet to the pc to add the books from Calibre.

As far as the coffee is concerned, I have the Dolce Gusto, Tassimo and Nespresso (don't ask why I have them all, but didn't pay full price for any - the Dolce Gusto was bought for 25%,using Tesco double up vouchers when it was already half price; the Tassimo came with the first Costa promotion; the Nespresso was a fab deal during Amazon Black Friday). The Nespresso is easily the best coffee and has the best range, but the others are also nice (and also make hot chocolate which the Nespresso doesn't). Tassimo seems to have more special offers like online discount codes. The coffee makers are one of the few kitchen gadgets that are used consistently in our house, unlike some other gadgets which just gather dust :)

Dont mean to alarm you but have you been in contact with anyone with Scabies?
    Or could it be hormonal?

Talking of hormonal lol have any of you ladies of a certain age like myself who are/ or have experienced the change;) always felt hungry. I do . I'm always thinking what can I have to eat. Could it be a hormonal thing ?
