Local second hand furniture shop is having a clearance auction tomorrow, so wandering down shortly to 'view'

Maybe today I will find the energy to conquer my ironing mountain :o

I've had one of those, but I've just been a bit naughty:rotfl: I've just looked through it and hung everything up in the wardrobes that looked ok... So I'm down to a little mound now...don't tell anyone:rotfl:
  • Morning gang

Rhos and Sarah my thoughts are with you both in this difficult time.

    Very intriguing silvercar

Right I'm going to drag the monkeys to the shops I'm even going to treat myself to a nice bottle of wine to celebrate the end of a vvv long week (no glitchy wine in my house at present so if the the glitch fairy is listening I'm desperate)

Fc I hope you have a better day today I've been thinking of both you and your hubby over these past days it's so terrible to be in such a dark place.

I feel a little awkward commenting on people's personal situations in case I say the wrong thing and upset anyone so I will apologise in advance but it is done with the best of intensions and I wanted you all to know I've been thinking of you all.

Right time to wrestle the children into there clothes after a lazy pj morning.

Thank you - tried all the codes, none work :( Could have sworn there was a time when the codes were "adapatable"!

If I buy this one and can't get it any cheaper I shall probably buy from John Lewis as they have a 2 year guarantee, Currys and ao.com are only one year.

Decided to monitor the energy usage of my current freezer, put it on a 2:30 yesterday afternoon, it has already used 2.26 kwH:eek::eek:

Methinks the new one will pay for itself fairly quickly, especially as this freezer tends to run an awful lot in the summer and I am pretty sure it is overdoing things, it is on the lowest setting possible, should be the highest temp it should run at, every time I see the thermometer it is below -20 as in off the scale!
Since we bought our new freezer (a Beko) the last twice I have submitted my meter readings I have been asked to confirm the reading as my average usage has dropped so much. Mind you, the old one was at least 30 years old:rotfl:

Here shows like this on ASDA
That's why I checked doesn't really need to show 2 for £2 on ASDA for it to scan in deal or not...

Really if it doesn't show on sel i just take multiples to ss and scan them see what deal shows you just get ss to void no need to buy if no deal.
Ignore reality. There's nothing you can do about it.
    I have done reading too!
personally test's all her own finds
  • Morning all.
Hugs to those that need them x
My ironing pile is nearly non existent. I put the nearly dry washing in the tumble dryer for 20-30 minutes give them a good shake and fold. job done.
    Happy shopping everyone x
