Morning Everyone

Phew - can't believe its nearly the end of Feb already. This year has been manic so far.

Heard some awful news yesterday, a friend's nephew, a very fit young man of 23, went to doctor's with a cough and raised temperature. Diagnosed with testicular cancer and lung secondaries. Started on chemo and died 8 days later :eek: Cannot begin to imagine how his parents feel.

On a happier note, got three free books from the Healthy Planet bookshop. I mentioned this a few months ago but if you missed it see if there's a shop near you:

On grabbit, P20 sun lotion is £6 for 100ml bottle in sainsbugs. If I bought it in asda, could it have APG potential?
