You didn't need 10 fillers if you bought 7 different flavours as all appear on APG results so already have 7 towards your 8 required (8 for APG, 10 items for pp but you may want a few extra in case any don't compare) - the number of fillers required depended on how many flavours you bought.

But as noted above, it will likely not glitch now as all visible systems have updated to show the offer .
