Hi could anyone give me any advice on my trying to buy my council house I am a discharged bankrupt 2 years july 2014 i do not have any income am not on any benefits and my rent will be rising again as it has for past 3 years my partner has moved in with me and we were looking to buy with my right to buy will he be eligible for a mortgage even if i am bankrupt Many thanks
