Meal ideas (clearing freezer and cupboard)

Options
I know this is done lots but I'm feeling stumped.
I'm skint at the moment and desperate to make something of what we already have instead of buying food for the week and ignoring what is already in the cupboard!
This week (shopping day is Monday) I hope to only buy what is needed for a week's sandwiches, milk and some fresh fruit/veg, minimalist spending. I am just looking for exciting ideas of what to do with what I already have! Everyone here always seems so imaginative!

Freezer
1 quorn escalopes
6 onion bhajis
6 cauldron veggie sausages
20 fish fingers
10 vegetable fingers
2 packets fish and chips (bought reduced!)
some mystery lentil/veg thing I froze when I made too much!
oven chips
mixed veg
breaded mushrooms
onion rings
filo pastry
mango chunks
1/2 loaf white bread
garlic pitta bread (about 4)
tortilla wraps

Fridge
eggs (7)
milk
fruit yoghurts
cheese
cottage cheese
olives
chocolate
lemons
onions
tomatoes
4 veggie burgers

Cupboards
1 bag white potatoes
sugar
plain and self-raising flour
sultanas
pasta
rice
cous cous
3 tins new potatoes
3 tins bakedd beans
sweetcorn
mushypeas
marrowfat peas
pasta sauce
curry paste
mustard
dried veggie chilli
more tortilla wraps!

Magical ideas to put these together into exciting meals for two? Thank you :)
I'm sure there's enough for 2 weeks there, not one!! I can't believe how much food we have, I just keep buying it even though I supposedly menu-plan.
We also have crisps, chocolate and other snack type junk food that the boyfriend has to have

  • Cook rice with some veg (peas, mushroom, onion etc). Shallow fry or grill veggie burgers, cut into strips & place it all into torilla wraps. Make potato wedges to accompany.

Cook potato with skin on (pricked) in microwave until fairly soft, cut into thick wedges & grill with drizzle of oil & salt.

    Chilli wraps?
Vegetable curry with rice or in wraps
    Veg curry with onion bhajis
Burgers and beans with garlic bread
    Fishfingers peas and chips
Don't know if the veggie sausages would make toad in the hole? It's nice with mustard and chopped onions in the batter. Could have with roasted tinned potatoes + veg
Couscous (with herbs) with olives and tomatoes in a wrap

How about the mystery lentil thing in filo pastry pie?
working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?

    Thanks for some ideas.
I actually have no idea what to do with the filo pastry, bought it reduced once but have never used the stuff before!
