1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged between 30-80 with a permanent UK address, except employees of The Camping and Caravanning Club and Vantage Insurance Services Limited, their families or anyone connected with the prize draw.
2. To enter the prize draw, you need to obtain a quote or hold a policy for one of Club Care's listed insurance products between 14 February 2014 and 12 June 2014. Club Care’s products include Caravan Insurance, Motorhome Insurance, Tent Insurance, Trailer Tent Insurance, Trailer Insurance, Home Insurance, and Car Insurance.
3. Only one entry per person per insurance product is permitted. Quotes for multiple products allow multiple entries.
4. You will be deemed to accept these terms if you enter the prize draw. Club Care may make changes to these terms from time to time. The most up to date version will be available from us on our website winwithclubcare.co.uk. You should check the terms regularly and if you enter the prize draw after the date of any change it will be on the new terms.
5. Any personal information that you provide to us will be treated in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation, and will not be disclosed to a third party without your consent.
6. The prize is a self-drive motorhoming holiday to Australia or New Zealand for two people, worth over £9,500. The winner can select their destination and the holiday can be tailored to their requirements (subject to availability). The prize includes
a. £1,500 spending money (the prize winner will need to cover campsite bookings)
b. Return economy flights from London airports for two adults (upgrades and regional airport departures may be available, subject to availability and at the prize winner’s own cost)
c. Airport to hotel and motorhome depot to airport transfers
d. One night’s three-star bed and breakfast hotel accommodation on arrival
e. Two weeks’ motorhome hire (inclusive package and fully-insured, minimum 2-berth; can be extended at the prize winner’s own cost)
f. Personal travel insurance for up to 23 days (can be extended at the prize winner’s own cost)
7. The following items are excluded from the prize:
a. Stopovers en route from the UK to Australia or New Zealand or on return (these can be arranged by the Travel Service Team at the prize winner’s own cost).
b. Fuel
c. Overnight campsite bookings (campsite listings will be provided)
d. Any ferry crossings within Australia or New Zealand
e. Additional spending money over and above the £1,500 included in the prize
8. No monetary alternative to the stated prize is available and the prize is non-transferable.
9. The winner will be selected at random on 16 June 2014. Entries not submitted in accordance with the rules and instructions, or that are incomplete or altered, will be disqualified.
10. The winner must hold a valid full UK driving licence and passport valid for 6 months after the intended date of return, and be able to travel between 1 May and 15 September 2015.
11. If choosing to visit Australia, the winner will need an e-visitor visa, which can be obtained free of charge online from the Australian Government Department of Immigration and Border protection website (www.immi.gov.au/Visas/Pages/651.aspx). There is no charge for British citizens –other nationalities may vary, please check the website for more information. Any visa costs would be at the prize winner’s own expense.
12. If choosing to visit New Zealand, UK passport holders, who can produce evidence of the right to reside permanently in the UK, will be granted a visitor visa for up to six months upon, at no charge. For more information, please visit www.immigration.govt.nz/migrant/stream/visit/.
13. Lost, delayed or illegible entries will not be accepted and proof of postage is not proof of receipt.
14. Vantage Insurance Services Limited reserves the right to alter the rules and the terms and conditions, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
15. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The winner will be notified by telephone or post within 21 days of the draw taking place.
17. By entering this prize draw, all entrants agree to participate in post-event publicity, and for their photograph, name and home county to be published.
