Secured loan - solicitors release deeds fee
Comments
-
A secured loan for £4k ?? Not to mention £500 broker fee... Holy moly.
A release fee normally is fairly overlooked but then secured loans are normally in the tens of thousands.
Worth challenging of course, nothing to lose by trying.0 -
When was the loan taken out?
The reason I ask is that if it was on or after 6 April 2007 it will be covered by FOS who are likely to find in your favour if it is different to the fee quoted at outset.0 -
The loan was taken out in 2010.0
