Can anyone recommend a nice cauliflower and chickpea curry recipe thats low fat and not too difficult to make?
It only seems kinky the first time.. :A

To reduce the fat just use less coconut milk, or a small block of creamed coconut.0 -
This is lovely. I use low cal oil spray instead of the oil.
